From Llangollen along the A5
If you are travelling from Llangollen, take the A5 heading West, via Corwen. Once you have passed through Corwen and crossed the river Dee, continue to the traffic lights (where the Ruthin Road joins the A5) and then straight on past the Rug Estate Farm Shop (on your left). Take the next turning left, after the Rug Estate Farm Shop (which is signposted for Cynwyd). Plas Isaf is the first property you encounter on the right. If you are still on the A5 and reach another set of traffic lights, then you have gone too far.
From Betws y Coed along the A5
If you are travelling from Betws y Coed, take the A5 heading East for Llangollen. When you get to the traffic lights and turning for Bala, keep going along the A5. About half a mile from the traffic lights take the next turning right which is signposted for Cynwyd. Plas Isaf is the first property you encounter on the right. If you pass the Rug Estate Farm Shop, then you have gone too far.
From Bala along the A494
If you are travelling from Bala, take the A494 to the junction with the A5, then turn right at the traffic lights. There is a straight stretch of road after the traffic lights. About half a mile from the traffic lights take the next turning right which is signposted for Cynwyd. Plas Isaf is the first property you encounter on the right. If you pass the Rug Estate Farm Shop, then you have gone too far.
From Ruthin along the A494
If you are travelling from Ruthin, take the A494 to the junction with the A5 and turn right at the traffic lights. Stay on the A5 past the Rug Estate Farm Shop (on your left). Take the next turning left, after the Rug Estate Farm Shop (which is signposted for Cynwyd). Plas Isaf is the first property you encounter on the right. If you are still on the A5 and reach another set of traffic lights, then you have gone too far.
